Hi friends need an advice...I am a working professional and my maternity leave is about to end. My son will turn 6 months on June 4th... I need to resume my duties from mid June ...Day care is something I m thinking about or full time maid... we stay in nuclear family so no one to look after him... please suggest...Thx

Based on my experience, I had written a detailed article on Daycare, Nanny or caregivers - a working mother's perfect decision making guide. It might be a good read for you.
