Hi Bindhu,initially we all have low milk supply,way is to have your baby latch in you for as long and as much as possible. This will signal ur body to produce more for the baby. Pkease ensure u r drinking atleast 8 glasses of water,it helps as bm is 80% water.(Try jeera,ajwain or sounf water - they wirk wonders), put jeera in all the curries you eat,eat healthy diet with ibcreased protein content. Have atleast 3 glasses of milk daily and try eating gound laddoo. And remember,its all in the mind..all the best!
