Hi friends till last month I got my periods regular but this month my periods is due, it's common in breastfeeding or I need to contact gynecologist????

If you had unprotected intercourse then do pregnancy test.

It's common during breastfeeding. There will be fluctuation in hormones. But if you have had unprotected intercourse then please check for pregnancy again.
