hi friends, today went for check up..baby is still in cephalic position.my due is Aug 6th.is there any exercise to change the baby's head position?or baby will engaged naturally?

cephalic position is nothing but head- down position.. baby will engage soon.. dont worry.. with your doctor's consent, do brisk walks, squats and kegels which helps to improve condition...
