Hi friends,just now did usg my wife is 7 week pregnant...
Her anc sonography showing 7 week 1 day pregnant
Fetal heart rate 149 and fetal pole seen
Just one prob usg abd showed mild splenomegaly (12.7,) normal is 12
Hb is 12 bit low
Rest all anc blood test hbsag vdrl hiv bsl is negative
Is this mild splenomegaly normal?
She has breatlessness in morning too but mild..

Also now it is very important to check her food totally avoid outside oily and spicy food mostly take boiled daliya khichdi kind of subtle food are you giving any e gas relief syrup

No history of cold cough yaa but she has chronic acidity prob simetimes morning bilious vomiting

Report are ok but speak to your doctor about torch test also tell me what she recently in because of cold cough and flu forehead fever in past few weeks
