question
Hi, from day 1 I am trying my best to exclusively breastfeed my baby but whenever she cries everyone ask me to feed her again or you are eating this food so Ur milk is not suiting her, if she had jaundice in beginning it was bcoz of my milk. Everytime question is raised on my milk. I know benefits of breast milk and was determined to do that but with all these questions every single day I am getting frustrated and feel like quitting it and moving to formula milk which I don't want at all. I have started doubting myself whether my milk supply is sufficient, my milk is good for her. I am really frustrated, depressed. Please suggest what to do.

Yes dear.. ignorance is bliss..just try and enjoy motherhood as everyone has made mistakes and was sometime new to this and has learnt through the journey..it's just that they forget their time when they judge the other person..

Thanks @616d9126ca67e40013aaf3e5 you are right now I am comfortable with breastfeeding and baby has also learnt to latch. It's just the comments of people around me which are disturbing me and making me weak. They are not understanding it's all new for me and m also learning and rather than appreciating they find faults in whatever I do for my baby. But thankfully my husband is really supportive in this journey. I think I can't change anyone it's only me who has to be strong and ignore all this as due to all this I am not able to bond with my baby.

Dear I can understand..more than the feeding problem people around you and their comments are bogging you down..ask your spouse to come to your rescue and make everyone understand that being a new mom you are doing what you can and that too best..keep trying to latch the baby.. consult your doctor also.. feeding.. pooping and peeing is what we have to handle for a couple of months with new borns..am giving a simple go to list of foods which increase milk supply..also may be there is no supply issue at all..also jaundice can never happen because of BreastFeeding.. almost 70-80 percent of new borns have jaundice at birth
