Agree with doci and Palisha! First few months can be terrible! Eat more of fresh citrus fruits,stay hydrated!

Please rest and avoid anything that drains your energy. Also try to have some energy foodstuff like nuts and fresh juice. Slight Body pain and feeling lethargic is normal during pregnancy. <br>
If the pain is unbearable then pls consult ur gyneac.<br>
U can use hot water bag if u have leg and back pain.
