Hello there. Of course always best to immediately go to the doctor (*without any delay* as doctors always suggest) and get the baby movements and heart beat checked if you feel any change in the baby’s movements - however, since you are 22 weeks pregnant at the moment I wouldn’t go worrying too much, especially if you have got a high anterior placenta (good to check this) - which was the case with me throughout my pregnancy - the anterior high placenta for me actually cushioned a lot of the baby movements, so I would have days in my early pregnancy when I wouldn’t feel baby move for quite a few hours and some times a whole day and in fact only actually started to feel the wriggles for the first time in the 25th week :) Defo get the monitoring done by your doc but try not worrying - as that’s not good for mum to be or the baby! Did you tell your doc about Baby kicking less ? Typically it should be fine since frequency varies.. btw Also try to drink a glass of cold water or eat something sweet.. kicks increase .
