Hi girls, I am facing this somewhat weird problem. Actually I conceived through an Iui since I had vaginismus and hubby had lower sperm count. After I conceived I was and still am worried about going through a normal delivery since anything being inserted in my vagina is still dreadful to me. I discussed the same with my gynec at the very beginning but she said we will decide later. Today I completed my 37 weeks and went for a routine checkup. She said that she would do a pelvic examination today and I said I am scared. She tried but she couldn't since she said I am not allowing her to insert second finger. She spoke to my husband and said that there is no point of me going into labor since I wouldn't Co operate for a normal delivery. She said I will give you a week for mental preparation and you decide next Saturday. I will try once again next week. She was insisting on normal delivery since beginning, I know it was for my own good but I am very confused and also a bit sad now. What should I do? I am feeling very low. :(
Hey Prajakta. Don't worry so much. You have a valid reason incase u opt for a csec. Going fr a trial of normal labor n then having to do an emergency csec is not a very comfortable thought. So u n hubby discuss this n then take the decision. As others have said tht God gives amazing tolerance to women, but ultimately its your call. And u don't need to explain all the details to other ppl who ask u why u opted fr csec. Just say medical reasons. All the best tc

Try your best Prajakta if not opt for C section but you got to end this fear one day, May be after delivery check if there is any yoga postures for this , I have heard about it but I'm not too sure.
