yaa now a time maids are vry much professional.. im bearing with my maid since last 2 years..she never listen me nd do whatever comes in her mind..at present im helpless so i m bearing with all. ur neighbour can help u in getting another maid and as its ur necessity so bear them whoever comes atleast for 2-3 months or call ur relative like mother sis or in laws to help u. these maids hv there own community nd they share evry home story to them so it hs become vry difficult tast to search a maid as they are influenced with each other.
