Hi guys need help, my baby have fever since yesterday night, it was 100.9. I gave him paracetamol but when I checked now fever is still there it is 100.4. I had given one more dose. I miss worried bcz fever didn't went away in first dose. He have cold n cough, I miss giving medicine for same. I miss worried??
