hi guys,I'm 17week pregnant....mujhe samajh me nhi aa Raha Hai Khana kitna Khana Hai?sunne me ajib Hai par really want to know..me thik se sayad nhi kha paa Rahi hu...pls help me

Eat healthy.. Drink coconut water..seasonal fruits not in excess..green leafy vegetables.. Almonds soaked overnight & take rest without stress..

Ruchi is right, if baby is fine then need not to worry at all. But yes do make sure to add protiens to your diet.

aap har 2-3hrs interval me kuch na kuch healthy khao..zyada se zyada pani piyo n jitni bhuk hai utna khao dnt overeat
