agree with all...take some healthy snacks with you...keep urself well hydrated... keep nimbu Pani with u as if u have nausea or morning sickness u may feel weak.have <u>fruits</u>

agree with all..eat healthy diet combo of protien, carb and fat in balanced quantity and always took dry fruits and fruits in ur beg whenever u away from home..keep hydrated urself..stay happy..all the very best

have variety of food . fresh vegetables, fruits , nuts , dry fruits . keep yourself hydrated. include protein rich items in every meal. good sources of proteins are pulses , dairy products , eggs , chicken etc . never ever starve yourself . always keep something to eat in your bag and a bottle of water . have home made food . don't eat packaged foods as they contain preservatives. have supplements on time.

Hey khushi!congrats!Have a healthy diet that includes lots of fruits and vegetables.Drink lots of water.Include eggs,green vegetables,sprouts,peas and beans.Since you are working,you can carry some dryfruits,crackers to munch on. You can pack smoothies or juices too<u>.</u>
