check out fitness blender on YouTube. they have many videos with varying impact levels. don't do any ab workouts or weight lifting now. you can also search for post c section recovery workouts on YouTube.

I took dabur dashmolarisht for two months after my pregnancy..it did reduced swelling in my belly after c section. Also, eating healthy and exclusive breastfeeding to my baby till 6 months made me achieve my pre pregnancy weight.<br>
