Hi Nazia. Your nutritional requirements have increased because of pregnancy. Your baby receives the nutrition on priority so you need to make sure you have a little more than your regular food. Increase protein intake, have iron rich foods like green veggies, dates and jaggery.

Hi Nazia, Vertigo is the medical term for dizziness and can be because of many factors like low blood sugar, low hemoglobin in blood and even in some ear diseases. If the dizziness is accompanied by ear pain or ringing sounds in the ears, the cause could lie in the ear. If with dizziness you have been suffering from excessive sweating it could be due to low sugar. Do not worry. You could consult your ENT if you like. I would suggest you to go in for homeopathic treatment because it is safe and has sure results in vertigo. Take care!
