Hi. I am 12 weeks pregnant and I have got an aversion to eating daal. I know they are very good source of proteins but I really don't feel like eating daal at all of any kinds. Please suggest me alternatives for protein diet so I don't feel guilty of not eating sufficient proteins.

Soy sprouts nuts seeds and if you eat non veg then eggs and lean meat.
