don't use any tablet, cream or other chemical...... I also have lots of acne... bt Mai dessi soap use kr rahi hu and my doctor also suggest me to use this...... u also use this for once a week and for two time for day...... then see result

Better to wait till you deliver. You can't have any tablets or chemical based creams as you are pregnant,&nbsp; It should go away on its own.

It would be due to hormonal changes and would settle after delivery.If your really worried about it,you may consult a skin specialist.Make sure you inform them <u>that</u> you're pregnant.
