Hi. I am 16 weeks pregnant (2 trimester) but not taking iron and calcium as it does not suit me. After taking I feel vomiting and gas problems. What are the things I must eat to keep me and my baby healthy.. I am vegetarian

Medication /supplements has to be followed inspite of al good diet!
Please consult your doc they wil change the composition that can suit u!!
Don’t avoid this ,it need to be started by 13 weeks!!
Don’t delay now!!

You must take supplements..ask your doctor for other formulations and also try to have it in your diet...green leafy Vegetables, pomegranate, beetroot, dates, anjeer is good source of iron and for calcium have milk, Banana

Hi Did you inform your doctor that you are not taking both? So that she may prescribe different tablets. Supplements are must and Please don't stop the tablets without consulting doctor. Iron has to be taken in the morning along with orange or lemon juice. Calcium in the night.
