Hi.. i am 17 week 4 days pregnant.. actually mera weight in 4 months me 4 kg bdh gya hai jbki main aisa kuch jyada kha bhi nai rhi..dr. mujhe weight control krne ko bolti hain but mujhe samjh nai aa rha kese weight control karun..meri pregnancy 70kg se shuru hui thi n now i m 74... Pls suggest something or kya main subh or raat ko grm pani pi skti hun weight control ke liye

Aap small portion me kai Baar me khaye khana. Aur khane me vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy products, daal aur aanaj le. Bahar ka khana na khaye aur jarurat se Jada tail aur butter bh na kye. Pregnancy me Hume normal khane se 300 calories extra Leni Hoti hai bus. Aap walk ker sekti hai Lekin pehle doc se confirm ker le. Aur ho sake toh doc se ek Baar apni pregnancy according deit bh pooch le.
