Hi I am 19 weak pregnant, I want to know which fruit and meal are beneficial for me and tell me the time duration when I can eat.

Eat small meals in every 2 hours. Drink 4liters of water in 24 hours. If the water is lukewarm then its evdn better. Keep bananas and dry fruits handy for any time hunger pangs. Also drink tender coconut water at least once a day and also eat the tender malai inside it. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food and packaged food or fruit juices. Prefer homemade soups and juices. Include hing and curry leaves in ur traditional indian curries while cooking. Don't forget to eat a bowl of yogurt with ur lunch everday. Remember that the yogurt/ curd should b homemade if possible and most importantly at room tempetature. Include pickles, ghee and jaggery too in ur diet.

Except few fruit you can eat all fruits....few fruits to avoid like papaya and pineapple.
