Sleep during pregnancy can be disturbed for a variety of reasons. You need to understand which one is a concern for you. You may be getting up often to urinate to solve this reduce water intake close to bed time and just sip water. Is your abdomen heavy and not letting you sleep - use pillows to make your self comfortable. and finally if you find yourself thinking too much about the baby's well being or labor and birth you might want to take a prenatal class or read some good books which will help you to be assured that all is going well with you.
