hi, I am 29 years old. my last pregnancy turned out in blighted ovum or missed abortion in July 2016. Now my LMP came on December 22, 2016 and I didn't get my period till yesterday, so I took hot n it came positive. I went to the doc. n she took beta test to confirm the pregnancy bcoz it was too early to take a pregnancy test. n the result was 285.2 mlU/ml. I was advised to insert Susten 200 one tab daily vaginally for 3days n again have to do beta HCG after 3 days. I'm so confused wts happening with my pregnancy. need experts advice as well as any suggestions from anybody.

usually if your beta hcg level doubles at 2-3 days it's a sign of a pregnancy. however an ultrasound at 6 weeks is the commoner approach. you have tested at an early stage. So for now, just relax. tc

A result of 285.2 on beta HCG is considered to be a positive Pregnancy. Susten is given to help prevent a miscarriage and in your case since you have had a miscarriage in the past and a positive Pregnancy now the doctor has prescribed it to help support the Pregnancy. If you have any concerns you should always ask the doctor at the time of prescription as well.
