Hi I am 32 week pregnacy  I did my urtrasound  it's showing  2 week back growth in doctor said to have protein  in mu diet I am very nervous  plz any one advise  wht to do for healthy baby

As per my experience - healthy mommy means healthy baby. Stay active and happy. Loads of fluids and a good diet. Safe prenatal exercises. All are required . You ll find all such articles here on the app
