Hi I am 38 weeks pregnant now...yesterday I went for scanning in that my baby weight is only 2 kgs..I am very much worried about the baby weight and during my 8th month I got sugar and BP also how to increase baby weight...Pls give suggestions...TIA

Hi include protein rich foods eggs, chicken breast, mutton soup if you are a vegetarian then eat paneer, potatoes, soya, tofu, cheese,dry fruits, nuts, avocados banana etc. You can also drink proteinex.
