Hi I am 6 week Pregnant..This is my second pregnancy..past 10 days i have heavy clotted bleeding with pain..so went for scan..finally diagnosed a subchorionic haematoma measuring 2cm ...And feel pole seen but heartbeat not yet appeared..

Actually am totally scared..

My doubt is will fetel heart beat will rise in my fetus ?😢
