Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant, Initially I had twins, but one was ectopic pregnancy and due to early pregnancy I was not aware of twins and ectopic pregnancy and at night my tube got burst and finally thru laproscopy one baby was terminated and one is safe,, I just want to knw that till now I don't feel any morning sickness is this OK?
