hi i am 7 week pregnant...n i am overweight..my current weight is 101 kgs..i want to reduce some weight..can u plz suggest me some diet plan to reduce my weight...plz urgent..

do not add sugar and salt in your food. for breakfast have wheat dosa, brown upma, chappathi like that with loads of vegetables, for lunch try to avoid rice and have millets (kambu, raagi, kudhirai Vaali, thinai arisi, etc), have loads of fruits and vegetables, avoid eating sweets. I'm sure that this will help.

as I was also overweight doctor suggested me not 2 lose weight but control my weight...n I just grow 2kgs..in my whole pregnancy...n my girl was a healthy child with 3.5kgs

During pregnancy it is not advisable to go on a weight loss plan. However it is possible to help you not gain more weight. The excess weight that you have can easily be utilised for the pregnancy. Do consult a Prenatal Nutrition expert for a customised plan.
