hi... I am a mother for 2 months old baby.... for better milk supply I'm using lactare granules powder ... now milk is sufficient.. but the quality of milk is very thin... its very liquid liquid... is this the same way for everyone who breastfeed... or is this something I have to worry about. please help me with your comments... NEED EXPERTS ADVICE...

try to complete feeding from one breast then only offer baby milk from other breast . actually first foremilk will come and then hindmilk. your baby may be taking foremilk more..try to balance ..

the first part of the milk that comes is called foremilk is thin like water and the later part is hindmilk that is thicker and will have necessary fat content. baby needs both.
