Now i am planning to have another baby.but i am overweight,as my doc said i shud loose weight,but i am not able to..what to do please suggest..as i am a working women,so dont get time to workout

Please follow healthy food diet, include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Try to walk and do light excercise. Avoid oily and junk food. Meet your gynecologist once to. Discuss about your health condition. <br>
