dear mounika, baby's sleep doesn't depend on ur sleep. babies will sleep n wake up at regular intervals in the womb. infact they sleep when u move around, as they get gentle rocking actions. however, if you don't take proper rest, it will not be good for the baby n u.. take care :)

Taking proper rest is important for u at this stage, not getting sleep in the night is common too. I had the same prob, felt sleepy during day n awake at night. i tried not to sleep in day so as to get some sleep at night, but what actually benefitted me was to catch up on sleep in day otherwise I would be cranky from sleep deprivation. prep up urself with pillows and lie down, read a book or listen music, whatever pleases you.. don't have tea or coffee at night, to help get some sleep.. take a refreshing bath at night, it may help too. take care :)
