hi I am breastfeeding mother. for past 2 days I am not giving my baby my milk as down with very high fever. now I am feeling very light in my chest.. my chest are feeling very light. does that mean I don't have milk anymore in my chest.

There is no reason why you should have stopped breastfeeding. what you will find surprising is that your body recognises that you got fever and if u continue breastfeeding your child won't get it! So stop worrying and start feeding immediately. also there is nothing called as low supply of milk. The more you breastfeed the more supply will be maintained. Please do not start formula thinking you are not producing.

There is no reason to stop breast feeding if you have a fever. The body responds by reducing the supply as it has been given the signal that milk is not required. Start feeding the baby often to help reestablish the supply.

That should not happen. Try feeding you baby if milk comes that would be good. Else please see a doctor.
