hi i am completed 7 months mujhe left hip me bahut pain hai ye pain left hip se leg tk hoti hai jisse chala b ni jata aur leta b ni jata . tell me what to do??
What you are describing sounds like sciatica pain. In your leg there is a nerve called the sciatica nerve which extends from the lower back behind the hip and all the way down to your leg. As the baby weight grows it compresses the nerve and causes it to pain. What you need is some exercise which can help to receive this. Please ask your doctor for a reference of a specialist who can help in this.
