Hi.. i am concerned abt my weight.. since i got pregnant my weight is the same and its not going any up.. its jus 47kgs nd i am worried .. plz guide as ders no improement even after so many medicines...

Dear plz mention ur month of pregnancy ......at first trimester it's a normal thing as we mostly can't eat properly and vommitting too....
