Hi I am having bicornuate uterus, my baby is transverse or side ways position. I am 34+5 weeks preg, generally doctors advise exercise or move baby position by hand but in my case they cannot as I have bi cornuate. But when I am sleeping sideways I’m feeling baby is being pressed and not feeling comfortable. Is it ok to sleep on sideways as baby is on transverse position. I.e head on right part of stomach and legs on left part of stomach. Please advise. My AFI levels are 21. If anyone with same conditions? please advise

Please sleep in which ever position you are comfortable as baby will not get crushed as it has a cushion of water all around. It's an old myth to sleep in left lateral and has shown no benefit and us not recommended for last 20 years at least

Whatever may be the position of the baby and how much ever the AFI level is, it's always better to sleep sideways preferably to the left fr better blood flow to the baby
