i had the same issue.. visited my gynac.. she advised colour doppler scan..and in that we got to know that the uterine artery was not supplying enough blood to the baby.. but since it was detected on time.. she put me on medicines.. i wouls advice u to not ignore these symptoms and visit ur gynac.
