Soak tour legs in warm water with a little salt. Also do some simple yoga exercises for your legs to boost circulation. Lastly try resting more by keep your legs up for a few minutes every few hours

We feel for you. take as much rest as possible. don't stand for long hours. place Ur legs on a pillow for elevation and rest. do some warm water feet soaking. all of this will help.
