Yes, perfectly natural. It's difficult to track the movement of each baby because they keep moving. Gradually you will feel multiple kicks but won't be able to make out which baby is kicking how many times. Again that is normal. At every ultrasound try to ask your doc about the position of each baby. That would give you some idea on how to track. <br>
