Hi , I am in my 32nd week and have developed external hemarrhoids . It’s not very painful neither it bleeds but there is a mass which makes it difficult to get up from sitting position . Kindly help !

You can take warm water tub baths and see to it that you pass soft stools and not strain for passing stools.
