Hi I am in week 11 & I am unable to sleep because of legs cramp. Please suggest me with solutions.

Hey ! Leg cramps are common in Pregnancy . You can do light stretches before sleeping so that your muscles are warmed up. For the stretches , take a support of the wall - stand facing the wall with one leg forward & one leg behind . Both toes in the same line & hands on the wall @ eye level . Try to bend only the forward knee , don’t bend the back knee , don’t raise the back heel . Feel a good stretch in the calf , hold it for 5 secs and leave . Repeat 10 times both sides . You can alternatively also walk 10 mins before sleeping . If the cramps are too painful , make sure you squeeze your calf to release the cramp & then give yourself a massage or hot water bath . You can massage with olive oil or til oil . Tc .

I used to have this. I started changing sides at night and applied olive oil at night before sleeping.
