Hi I am Lakshmi and new to this app..I am 6weeks pregnant and having stomach pain and little bleeding..it's there for 3days and today less.ibahve got the scanning report and everything is fine..can someone tell me if it leads to any bad situation..

U consulted doctor ryt? Spotting is common in first trimester. If doc confirmed everything is fine, don’t get tensed. May God bless you dear
