hi.. I am pregnant with twins via IVF.. since 2 days I am having pain in the abdomen.. sometimes it's like a pricking type pain.. sometimes I feel maybe the position of the second foetus is at the lower side hence I am feeling heavy and because of that pain.. please advise what should I do.. it also hurts when I walk.. should I consult my gynaecologist or is this normal?
