Hi i am really in a mess. My baby is 9 day old. She doesnt feed at one go and stays up all through the night. She gets up at 3 in the morning and stays up till 11am. I am feeding and trying her to sleep all this while. Please help. How can i change this pattern?
Hi; dear anonymous. Hugs to you dear. My baby is 11 days old. She sleeps nicely in day time and up almost whole night.they are still young to follow any pattern. This phase will go. Try to sleep whenever baby sleeps. Don't feel it's a mess if u r exhausted take help from others like to change diapers , to make baby sleep etc.

In the initial days things are tough. But slowly the child will start settling in. Sleep when the child sleeps. Feeding schedule may also take some time to get proper.
