Hi! I am seventh month pregnant. I am happy and excited about my pregnancy but feel very ugly when I see my pregnant body in the mirror especially while changing clothes. I feel out of shape looking at my big breasts and belly and feel very ugly. Is it normal to feel like this for pregnant ladies. I know it doesn't mean that I am not going to be a good mother because I am so happy and excited and waiting for my little one to come. I want to feel good about myself, about my body, I want to love my pregnant body. How to feel good and love myself in everyway?

hey Amita.. don't worry and start enjoying these changes. post delivery you can again get back to what you were.
feel your baby inside when u r changing.. touch your tummy and see you will get to hear a voice..Mom you are so beautiful.
so enjoy these moments..do you know that people do photoshoots of pregnancy..as these r lifetime memories and only a mother can experience it.

it is very normal to feel so but do under stand that tgese changes are in favour of your child's needs in the coming time. once your child grows slightly older and things are back in floe, you can always work on your body and get back in shape, including shaping of belly and timing down the bust. stop worrying about being in shape right now as your baby is more important than how we end up looking right now
