Hi i am trying to make a habit of walking daily for 20 minutes twice a day while i am pregnant. I wanted to know shall I start doing pelvic streches and squats now? Thanks

daily walk is always healthy excercise.before any yoga or stretch squats consult pre natal therapist.

Please check with your doctor. If you are allowed then yes you should start doing all the Prenatal exercises. It is suggested to do them under supervision.
