hi, I am trying to make ragi flour at home but it got fungus in it with sprouts.i tied it yesterday afternoon and opened it today evening. what to do... shall I go with this or discard it. attached the photo.

thanku so much all for your nice advices.. I will try one more time as you suggested and one more thing ..can I use that old sprouted for myself or for elders.. or I need to throw it completely.

hi priyanka, discard it. <font color ="#3b5998"><b>Little Moppet Foods</b></font> is very good. you can try that. you could also wash, sun dry and powder it and store in air tight container. when you need to use it, mix in water till no lumps, then strain it to remove any husks. if you want to sprout it then wash it 2-3 times and soak in water in the morning. then discard the water and tie it in a clean piece of cloth at night and keep it undisturbed for 12 hours. spread it out on a flat thali or plate and sun dry. then dry roast and powder in mixer-grinder and store in an air tight container.
