Hi, I had a C section 6 months ago. When can I do exercise like sit-ups, lunges, crunches etc.

Hey you can start in a while ..<br>
Start with walking first and then go for crunches ...<br>
Eat right and take lots of water ..Also if possible visit your doctor for a final check before you get started ..All the best !! TC;
