Hi I had a c section in 18th Jan. .but facing issues in bf due to less milk...I am also been taking lactonic granules in milk and perinorm cd since last one week but it has not helped much ..pls suggest how to increase bm
The best way to increase milk supply is to increase the Stimulation. Make sure you are either feeding or expressing your eight to ten times a day. Just the granules or perinorm alone is not enough.

u shld hv atleast 1 litre milk nd 1 ful bread packet which was suggested by my gynaec
