Hi I had c section on June 7. I m already having lumbarization of S1 vertebrae. For the past 2 days, I m having pain on my back only on left side and it's radiating throughout my leg. What to do
because of improper posture maintenance you will feel lot of pain because your lumbarization not start any treatment right now but taking physiotherapy will be helpful to relieve the pain the pain you are feeling is more because of pressure on the vertebrates I will advise you to see a physician now so that a proper physiotherapy can be started for you right now to read the pain you can do the hot and cold packs
