Hi, i had cold for the past 2 days and today it is almost cured.. i was breastfeeding my 4 months lil one. She didnt have any cold symptom for the past 2 days. But today she makes noisy breathing (like grunting sound) does it mean she has phlegm inside? What is the remedy
