Consult ur doctor..it may sound funny but my doc immediately after my delivery asked me to use rickshaw tyre / tube rather to sit.. that gave a lot of relief as my stitches part did not directly touch the bed..also he asked me to wash that part will ice cold water for stitches to fall off. <u>Ic</u>e cold water makes that area numb for some time so u dont feel the pain..shared my experience.. u speak to ur doc though.

Hi Deepika. ...did you get some stitches while delivery? if yes then It will take time to heal up dear...avoid sitting for a long....it's just a month you need to take precautions...you shouldn't lift anything heavy....no extra work...keep calm it will go off soon....whenever you go for bathe pour hot water on the area....mine was also normal delivery but I had 4-5 stitches so doctor advised me to take all these precautions.
